Our story

One sedan, one rule, and a lot of early mornings

We started with a single black sedan and a stack of 5 a.m. O'Hare runs. No app, no fleet, no office — just a phone that had to be answered and a car that had to be early. The rule was simple then and it has not moved since: if the client is waiting for us, we have already failed.

Word travelled the way it does in this business — one executive assistant tells another, one hotel concierge passes on a number. Corporate accounts followed, then weddings, then the season ticket holders who wanted the same chauffeur every home game.

Today the fleet covers sedans through 56-seat coaches, and dispatch never closes. What has not changed is that a person answers the phone at 3 a.m., and that the price you are quoted is the price you pay.

How we work

Six things we refuse to cut corners on

Commercial licence, clean abstract, background check and a road test with our operations lead. Most applicants do not get past the road test.
